On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATTA, we wish to announce that the Company has on 22 December 2017 entered into a Shareholders Agreement with Shree Dhana Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“SDH”) whereby the Company agree to allot and issue and SDH agreed to subscribe 7,200,000 ordinary shares each in the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries namely, Duro Metal Industrial (M) Sdn. Bhd.(“DMI”) and Metal Perforators (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“MPM”) ("Subscription of Shares") respectively at a total cash consideration of RM7,200,000.
