ATTA GLOBAL GROUP BERHAD (ATTA OR THE COMPANY) AND PARK AVENUE CONSTRUCTION SDN.BHD. ("THE PLAINTIFFS") VERSUS MACHENDRAN A/L PITCHAI CHETTY ("THE DEFENDANT") -Penang Session Court, Summons No. A52NCC-171-08/2014

We refer to the annoucements dated 22 July 2016 and 3 August 2016 pertaining to the above subject matter.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to annouce that the appeal by the Defendant was partially allowed as follows:-

(a) the Defendent has to pay the Plaintiffs RM84,000.00 for the rental (instead of RM146,812.50); and

(b) the Defendent has to pay the Plaintiffs RM32,601.84, RM97,391.35 and RM2,890.96. (maintained)

Therefore, the Judgment Sum shall be RM216,884.15 (instead of RM279,696.65).
