Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcement made on 4 August 2025 (“the Announcement”) in relation to the Release of Seized Motor Vehicles Under Bond.

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MAYU wishes to provide the following additional information concerning the terms and conditions, amongst others, stipulated in the respective Offer Letters issued pursuant to Section 46(3)(a) of AMLATFPUAA (Act 613):

(1)     Restriction on Sale or Disposal

The Parties are not entitled to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the said Properties, nor cause or permit any such sale or disposal, unless and until written permission is granted by the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department (Illegal Money Conversion Division), the Chief of Police Headquarters, Bukit Aman Police Headquarters, or any police officer duly authorised in writing.

(2)     Custody and Responsibilities

The Parties shall assume full responsibility for the safekeeping of the said Properties and shall take all necessary measures to ensure that the said Properties remain in good condition and are returned in the same state upon request by the authorities.
