| The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MAYU wishes to inform the following: 1.  Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Investigation involving a Director of Sunrise Manner Sdn. Bhd., a 80% subsidiary of MAYU Mr. Tang Tiam Hok (“Mr. Tang”), one of the Directors of Sunrise Manner Sdn. Bhd. (“SMSB”) has been summoned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on 19 September 2025 and 23 September 2025 respectively, to assist in an ongoing investigation under the MACC Act 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “Investigation”). At this juncture, the Board has been informed that no charges have been filed against Mr. Tang. The Company will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make further announcements as and when there are material developments. 2.  Freezing of Banking Accounts of Sunrise Manner Sdn. Bhd., a 80% subsidiary of MAYU under Section 44 of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (Act 613) [AMLATFPUAA (Act 613)] by MACC SMSB has been served with the Freezing Orders issued by MACC on 23 September 2025 pursuant to Section 44 of AMLATFPUAA (Act 613) to assist in the ongoing Investigation of Mr. Tang. The Freezing Orders are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. The following banking accounts of SMSB have been frozen: 
 3.  Financial and Operational Impact of the Group Following a comprehensive assessment of the Group’s financial position, cash flow projections for the next 12 months, and availability of hire purchase facilities (no other credit facilities), the freezing of the bank accounts are not expected to have a material financial or operational impact on the MAYU Group.
